Our team recently received a request for a quote. A customer was looking for new air conditioner installation in Hampton.  They filled out an online request form, looking for heating and cooling services. After reaching out to the customer, we learned that their air conditioner was not working. We agreed to send out an expert technician to their home the following day. They were very pleased we were able to respond so quickly.

AC Repair For Cannon Falls Resident

We recently received a call requesting air conditioner repair in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. The customer was a long time resident of Cannon Falls, and was having trouble with her air conditioner and was not sure why. She explained to us that it had been making a strange noise over the last couple of days. She didn’t know what the noise was but knew that it needed to be fixed. We told her that we were happy to help her out.

Our team visited the customer’s residence the following day in order to examine the air conditioner. We wanted to determine whether she needed a new air conditioner, or if AC repair would fix the problem.  After locating the unit, we were able to examine it. The ductwork that was connected to the unit had some cracks in it that needed to be fixed.  There was air that was escaping through these cracks, causing a whistling type sound. We were able to replace the ducting in the problem areas, and the noise stopped.

Carbon Monoxide Test and Furnace Inspection

A current customer of ours called in looking to schedule a carbon monoxide test at his home. As a recommended annual inspection, our team was well prepared for such test and was able to schedule him for the next day. Our team had performed a new furnace installation at his property the previous year and remembered the project and client well. Knowing that it was a relatively new unit, our team was inspection ready the next morning.

Our team was greeted by the customer after arriving at his home the next day. He explained that his new unit had worked excellently, and had required no furnace repairs since it’s installation. However, he wanted to get the inspection done, noting that we had recommended as an annual test.

Testing for carbon monoxide levels in your home requires testing the carbon monoxide levels in your furnace, as well as inspecting the heat exchangers for any cracks that may be present. After a thorough inspection of the furnace, our service professional determined that the carbon monoxide levels were satisfactory and that the furnace was functioning efficiently and effectively. Our customer thanked the technician for a quick and affordable inspection, and after a handshake, the job was complete. Our service professional left the job with a sense of pride knowing Heat Pro continues to provide top HVAC contractor services to Rosemount.

We recently received a call from a client who was looking for a new air conditioner. She had just purchased a house and was planning to move her family in within a few weeks. Unfortunately, the house had come with an older air conditioning unit, that needed to be replaced. The customer was well versed in the requirements for proper heating and cooling systems and was able to select a new AC unit that day. We scheduled her new air conditioner installation for later that week.

On the day of installation, we prepped our team and departed for the customer’s residence. After arriving, we were quickly given all of the necessary information we needed to start the job. The old unit, approximately 15 years old, was in bad shape and appeared to have gone years without any maintenance.

After we installed the new cooling system, we spoke with the customer and received gratitude for a job well done. New Furnace for New Customer

Our team recently received a call from a new customer, who was having furnace problems. He explained that his heating system was struggling to warm his house, and was making loud and unusual noises. He went on to tell us that he had begun to experience similar issues the year before. After briefly learning about the problems, we decided that an inspection was needed. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and prepped a service professional to visit the customer’s residence and diagnose the problem.

After arriving at the customer’s home, we were quickly able to determine the root of the problem. The previous owner of the home had neglected the recommended furnace maintenance and inspections. We documented the problems, as well as the age of the furnace. Being over 10 years old, with significant wear and tear, we determined that the customer’s best option was to invest in a new, more energy efficient heating system. We laid out the options that best fit our customer’s needs, and came to a collusive decision. We scheduled our new customer for a new furnace installation and were on our way.

After the conclusion of the project, the customer told our team how appreciative he was of the honest and expedient work we performed. He acknowledged that a new furnace is a hefty investment and that the thoroughness of the team at Heat Pro Heating and Air Conditioning left him with peace of mind.
