Our team recently received a call from a new customer, who was having furnace problems. He explained that his heating system was struggling to warm his house, and was making loud and unusual noises. He went on to tell us that he had begun to experience similar issues the year before. After briefly learning about the problems, we decided that an inspection was needed. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and prepped a service professional to visit the customer’s residence and diagnose the problem.
After arriving at the customer’s home, we were quickly able to determine the root of the problem. The previous owner of the home had neglected the recommended furnace maintenance and inspections. We documented the problems, as well as the age of the furnace. Being over 10 years old, with significant wear and tear, we determined that the customer’s best option was to invest in a new, more energy efficient heating system. We laid out the options that best fit our customer’s needs, and came to a collusive decision. We scheduled our new customer for a new furnace installation and were on our way.
After the conclusion of the project, the customer told our team how appreciative he was of the honest and expedient work we performed. He acknowledged that a new furnace is a hefty investment and that the thoroughness of the team at Heat Pro Heating and Air Conditioning left him with peace of mind.
